What is typically done during the reinstatement works include but not subjected to:

• Removal of partition walls and False ceilings

• removal of floor finishes

• Relining and reinstating ceiling boards to acceptable conditions

• Termination of power points and removal of visible and non-visible trunkings, wirirng points, wires, cables and data points not previously installed prior to tenancy period.

• Removal of any structural fixtures, such as hacking and demolishing of hollow block walls or any other minor structural works.

• Relocation of electrical points and lightings to its original positions

• Removal of erected workstations, cubicles and existing furnitures
